Re: Homemade (With ultrasound) Liposomal-Encapsulated Vit C has 5X oral effectiveness and faster delivery into tissue-bed than Vit C via IV!
I have no way of measuring the absorption, but I do feel that less was more. Meaning was able to take less of the lecithin infused (my term I know, but got this from talking with Dr. Chen, CEO of Sunrider) C. He told how he learned about this years ago, when test subjects (his family) took OTC C and then he infused garlic with C. The body does not 'see' vitamins. It 'sees' food. The idea being to make the substance look like food.
Of course, the better thing is to just eat, food. Proper, balanced, food. But, this science-y approach to using ultrasound to infuse does have merit. And yes, I believe it does make allow one to take less of a substance. I believe it does work, yes. And yes, the taste. With ascorbic acid infused into lecithin, imagine tasking sour milk with a bitter nickel after taste. Yum-a-licious. Not that I stick old nickels and sour milk in my mouth but... Actually, not that bad.
Plus, my sweetie liked how her wedding ring looked after using it to clean stuff too. Multiple uses fer sure.
