Well, after adding the grain back to my diet, things are seeming much more normal on the other end. Pretty much by grain, just frozen corn.
It could use more improvement, but I guess my question now is if it's just the raw foods that's making me less 'formed' or could it actually be the ACV.
Reluctant to cut out the ACV though because it adds so much flavor to my simple meals. I think I'm going to eat more cooked and see how that fares...
