Re: Probiotics, AND...Re: I think this is die-off, but not sure- also question about ordering, thx:)
Hi Mingus,
LOL, no I am not mentally challenged, well not yet Thank God!!! :) Uny was just stating the facts as they were, and honestly when your gut IS SO compromised- as mine sincerely is, it really REALLY messes with your head. I wish it wasn't so, but I used to be a straight A+ honor role student, and my IQ is in the above average range- yet I have struggled with spelling, simple arithmetic, reading and comprehension, and even speaking for years. I only say this to say that candida/yeast issues, along with everything else, can really make things challenging for a person.
After reading and re-reading the posts on candida, and the importance of pro-biotics (and now that I have my kefir grains from Uny- THANK YOU AGAIN!!!) I am going to make this pro-biotic adventure a top priority. My failure to start doing this sooner was mostly a matter of lack of space for preparation and honestly, feeling intimidated! I do realize now, that it is NOT THAT hard to do this...so I will start small, maybe a couple of heads of cabbage, and a jar of water kefir and see how I do with it. I am sure that I will probably feel so much better that I'll be able to continue and make some of the many fabulous variations everyone's been raving about on the forum!:)
Sincerely,
Teresa.
