Dr. Christopher had every patient on his Mucusless diet, and that included 1T of ACV 3x daily, so it shouldn't cause a problem. But of course, we all need to make adjustments if we're having adverse reaction - eliminating the ACV (while keeping everything else the same) is always a good baseline.
