Re: threw up oil during first liver flush

Thanks to everyone who responded so quickly this morning. I did not drink any water last night except when I felt nauseous, I went to get water but did not make it. I threw up BEFORE any water. I drank a small sip of water after to cleanse my mouth after throwing up.

I did drink the Epsom Salts this morning. I will do another small dose of oil/juice in 1/2 hour from now (2 hrs after salts). And I will do a coffee enema 2 hours after that. Does that sound ok??

I want to add that I did NOT do a parasite or kidney cleanse prior to this flush. I was on a Sea Salt /vitamin C parasite cleanse for 6 weeks but stopped that 3 weeks ago, so the bugs have had time to repopulate....

I have had 10 months of inflamed intestines/chronic diarrhea (Crohn's disease supposedly) that medication is not helping. I am nervous to further inflame my intestines and/or cause too much dehydration from the Epsom Salts . But I continued with the flush anyway. I have not felt badly at all...aside from the nausea before throwing up last night.

No pain or sensations in liver/gallbladder area. No hypoglycemia.

This morning I went to the bathroom and there were about 8 medium green irregular small things in the toilet. I fished one out with toilet paper and smushed it, and it looked just like avocado. I have to admit I DID eat an avocado with breakfast yesterday because I need the fat to feel ok during the day. So no stones yet.

Any other advice for TODAY?? If I take a 1/4 c oil with 1/4 grapefruit juice this morning, should I then do another Epsom Salts 2 hours later, and then the coffee enema 2 hours after that? And should I be eating anything at all?
