sorry, i should have said that i did have 2 or 3 bouts of "diarrhea" (actually, pure liquid) before doing the oil, both times. but after the oil at night, nothing. that's what was concerning me.

but i have since passed probably about 40 tiny stones, if that's what they are. medium/dark green and some brown. i am not longer worried about any results. i will do a coffee enema later tonight once i've eaten dinner.
