threw up oil during first liver flush

After many years of wanting to do a Liver Flush but being very scared, I tried my first one last night. I drank a lot of apple juice every day for 2 weeks. I have a hypoglycemia problem and need to eat animal protein with every meal. The day of the flush I ate halibut and salmon for breakfast and lunch with vegetables and a beef broth. I stopped eating and drinking at 2pm.

I drank the 2 doses of Epsom Salts with apple juice at 6pm and 8pm. I drank the oil/grapefruit juice (it was more like 1/2 c oil and almost 1 c grapefruit juice. Was fine. Layed down immediately at 10pm. Could not sleep. Did not take the ornithine as I don't have problems sleeping and I have many food allergies and did not want to take something new.

Well, I got quite nauseous around midnight so I got up to get a glass of water and a bag to throw up in. Then it got much worse by standing up and I had to run to the toilet. I threw up 3x, what seemed like all the oil and grapefruit juice. The nausea completely went away. I did not sleep much all night though.

I can't find information on here as to whether to continue the the salts and oil this morning even if I threw up. I am concerned about dehydrating myself, as I've had 10 months of diarrhea (not 1 normal bowel movement), have a history of Crohns and my medication has not worked.

Any advice??? Thanks....
