I do think the doctrine has an effect and the side effects of useing the rife are unavoidable. It would be nice if you can figure out exactly what needed to be done in what order, but that would take more expertise and experience than most have when starting this. As you know, it's extremely difficult to find a Dr. who can do that for you.

Despite that, I do feel that I've felt more from useing contact rather than the bean. I know the bean is likely doing things I can't feel, but I've felt more from contact. That was also my experience useing other machines before I got the f165 and bean. I know there are other factors involved in my case including perhaps buried lead and some other things I have not yet been able to put my finger on yet.

Everyone is different and many would probably benfit from starting in different ways. However, most will not be able to figure that out and the cost of doing nothing is higher than starting in the wrong place. The approach we are useing now is probably the best place to start and then you can figure out how to proceed from there.
