This is a distinction of degree.
Is what you wrote correct? Yes.
Will it be interpreted as an improvement? NO.

The more than 50% is also subjective. Are there lesions that are 80% healed..yes.
Overall healing is just over 50%, 53% to be exact...

Will it be enough to halt the golf vacation fund for the quacks..no.

The rest is free will, not everyone can or wants to be saved...your problem is that you want to help people and by doing so disallow them to make those important moves themselves...

Doubt is good, makes one think about what the heck is really going on...
