When you tell them you're anxious or depressed, the only thing they know to do (sadly) is give you a pill. At that point, it may help your brain some, but if your body is out of whack and your adrenals are depleted, you're f***ed. We are really still in the dark ages.

If you have some scratch, I would consult Dr. Lam and get on the Vitamin C's and B-5. Get that adrenal reserve built back up, it shouldn't take long at all at your age. Then you can handle whatever other conditions the AF caused fairly easily.
