Also, does taking an ssri when you have adrenal fatigue make it impossible for the vitamin c and b supplements to repair you?

I am not taking an ssri, but I did take an ssri when I first had symptoms 18 months ago. I did feel great relief from my symptoms, except I noticed that when I exercised hard I would still get heart palpitations and was obviously not my 100% physical self. Although, it seemed as though the ssri had a positive effect on resting my adrenals? Or were they just sapping everything out of my adrenals and leaving me worse?

I only took the ssri for 4 months, then went off it and spent 4 months feeling great, then the adrenal fatigue and heart palpitation symptoms slowly started coming back.
