Thanks for your response noUnicorns! One thing that is scary is you never see success stories from adrenal fatigue. Thats why it is a curiousity of mine as to why you still post? Most cured people just go on and live happily. Either way, I am glad for your contribution!

Yes I was having panic attacks. I actually didn't sleep for 3 days before I got on the ssri because my body would feel like it got struck by a lightning bolt every time I finally felt like I was about to fall asleep. One of the worst experiences in my life.

Really the only reason I haven't gone back on an ssri is that it made me feel extremely depressed for 8 weeks, like I didn't care about living. After 8 weeks I started to feel happy and my body was very relaxed.

But I mean, come on, giving a drug for adrenal fatigue and depression treatment that makes people so depressed for up to 2 months that they become suicidal? Not worth it.
