Depression and adrenal fatigue
Is there any way that you could explain how adrenal fatigue could result in depression? Perhaps even how it effects brain chemistry?
I have just started working with Dorine and through the diet, no exercising, and destressing, I have been heart palpitation free for 3 weeks after having palpitations for 7 months straight. However, my body gets jittery on the vitamin C doses given so far so I have had to back off and cut the dose and retry with a dose that doesn't make me feel that way.
Lately, I have come to realize how bad my outlook on life is, and no matter what I do there is seemingly not much I can do to fix my mind set. I feel this could possibly be because of the adrenal fatigue mostly, and the fact that I can't go for a long run, get energy rushes listening to music, work hard for a goal. My whole life pushing my body and mind hard to achieve a goal is the #1 thing that made me happy, and I am guessing the lack of any ability to do this right now is the thing causing my depression
Info on me - I am 23, and got myself into stage 3c adrenal fatigue at such a young age through the use of caffeine every day, lack of sleep, and being obsessed with an online job that made a lot of money in college but took a lot of work (which I could do at any time of the day, which lead to lack of sleep, lack of any relaxation time), and trying to get great grades in college on top of all that, as well as driving 10 hours every other weekend for a long distance relationship of poor choice.
I know my body may never be the same, so I am trying to get a low stress job for lower pay in which I can enjoy life and not worry about things or push my body to the breaking point again.
