But if i had too much chloride.. wouldnt my body want to sweat it out and get it out of my system..

Why is my body trying to hold on to water.. its so weird, I dont have puffy ankles or limbs so it seems theres no retention of water, yet i drink normal water and feel dehydrated and not sweating when i get stressed or exercise.

im hoping its not some problem with my nervous system or something. It seemed to start after this allergic reaction.. can the histamine from the allergies irritate my nerves or sweat glands or something. Tweet
