Re: After using for a few weeks all my skin is dry and no sweat?

For a good long time now... health Science has known this... there are problems associated with taking chloride salts.

Studies tested high concentrations of sodium salts of chloride, bicarbonate, or phosphate.

1 week later, the high concentration of sodium chloride groups had much higher systolic blood pressures than those in the other groups.

This has been shown and repeated over and over again.

In other words... the anion ingested with sodium changes the development and severity of hypertension; among a great many other health conditions.

That the anion attached to a mineral matters in health and well being, is true with any mineral BTW.

In high quality foods, the anion attached to the mineral is different, than those of poor quality foods... same with a sweet, pure, mineral rich, unpolluted water... and clean air, and healthy soil, etc.

It has to do with frequency changes... electromagnetic energies, etc.

If you feel you require magnesium, try Epsom Salt baths and see if you have the same reactions... start with a smaller amount... one or two cups per bath at first to test the hypothesis.

You can also use Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide), as a deodorant, and on wounds and bug bites, etc. to help eliminate discomfort and itch.

One side effect of chloride containing pharmaceuticals is dry mouth... I would drink much more water... perhaps a neutral pH or slightly alkalized water, and stop using anything with chloride in it for a while, including salt, and see if your symptoms do not improve.

If they do improve without the chloride salts, once you have fully recovered, use chloride salts very sparingly... including a whole, unrefined table salt .
