Thank you! I have no knowledge of the parasite Trichinella but I'll google it shortly. I'll try to pick up a copy of Hulda's book as well.

There's so many cleanses and protocols out there I don't know which one to choose. I was also looking into Dr. Groups liver cleanse.

The one I more frequently hear about is the Hulda Clark method so I may give that one a try. Hopefully I can get this under control soon.

I did a bit more research and also found that bromide detox also causes the reddish pimples that had no white head so I'm going to incorporate drinking water with salt since I don't take my Iodine consistently - could be causing those symptoms.

Anyhow, I appreciate the help and I'll look more into the parasite thing. I just think I'm toxic all over! Tweet
