A way to prove your sister, psychiatrist and even yourself that you aren't crazy and aren't making this up. Is to buy those tiny spy cams that you can put on a shirt, shoes, sunglasses, etc and record the way people react to you when your in those places that you've mentioned. Once the days pass and you've recorded enough proof to convince them. show it to your sister and anyone who doesn't belive you.
