I was just wondering if the discussion above or the arguments for or against vitamin D supplementation were usually referring to taking a tablet of vitamin D. Somehow that is what I get the gist of.
I, myself, find I benefit from the A that comes with the D in Cod Liver Oil, but like the info you provided, the amount of A differs from company to company. And, they didn't think so, but Carlson does have a low A Cod Liver Oil which I mistakenly bought once. It had barely any A, can't remember the exact amount but...not even in the double digits of the so-called RDA.
