No actually I thought I mentioned it in my first posting to you . SH refers to self hypnosis.

And yes this is the EFT forum. I came here to post the EFT video when I saw you were struggling with your fasting, I thought I would mention it. I don't post on the water fasting forum anymore.

Now that you do know what it means, I urge you to learn it, you will be surprised at how easy fasting can be.
