Lisa, I know what you mean. Thanks for the info. I wish I would have known what I know now. That has become my favorite saying. I would have NEVER taken any of those awful drugs. I have found now that what I eat has a huge impact on my skin. I eat only fruits and nuts and a few veggies and my cysts no longer come up. I do have rosacea, but it is not the same as acne. It's little red blisters all over my T zone and it looks awful! Here I am 35 years old and I look like I am going thru puberty. A really clean diet helps, but it never completely goes away. I live in Oklahoma so I hope I can find a good homeopathic. I really can't afford it right now, but maybe in the future. I am wanting to get my dental metals removed too. I have six. Four of which I am going to have to pull due to them being root canals. Thank goodness, they are all in the back. Thanks again for the insight. I will definately be looking into it.
