Re: My experiences with the flushes :-)

Well I have done around 10 or 12 flushes now I think? I forget exactly because so many of them were unproductive and I would get fed up and stop for months at a time. I didn't even see any stones until flush 5 or 6? Then only a handful. I would just bloat up like you and no bm. I would go the day following the flush and have a colonic, but only passed some bile ( but not even bile for the first 4 or 5 ! ). The past few flushes I have done didn't produce any stones again- but lots and lots of that butt burning bile- LOL. I had bad die off too. This go around I have started taking an herbal tincture called Chanca Piedra. It's supposed to soften and break up larger stones ( since the malic acid never seems to work for me ). I'm wondering if I'm just extremely congested due to years and years of candida and severe constipation ( caused by huge amounts of Antibiotics :-(? I was told by the chinese herbalist Julia Chang ( http://www.sensiblehealth.com ) that I would not get anything out the first few flushes if I didn't decongest my liver with herbs first. well, I am perplexed because I have in fact been using liver supporting herbs for the past year or so. I'm NOT giving up though because I am already seeing a slight reduction in my candida just by using the Chance Piedra - it's causing more bile flow ( which I can feel - Yikes, it's hot! :p I'm going to do another flush in a few days and will let you know how it goes.
