Yoa are doing grate and poast the most difficult part !
I am drinking less than a litter a day ,tap water ( Our tap water is spring water , mountains , there is not destiled water here on sale, otherwise I will get one for the fast ) Water makes me burp.Dark urine doesn't bother me, it will clear one day .
