My Fast(ing) Day 6

Good morning everybody! I am now officially on Day 6. Day 5 and Day 4 were pretty blah. All I did was lay around... very low energy both days. Drank about 3/4 liter each day. Last night started feeling gassy and like I needed to make a bowel movement. That didn't happen. My stomach has been growling more and louder, but overall I feel that this fast has been my "best" one so far.

For a few reasons:
1. Because I actually ate decent beforehand.
2. Because I didn't go cold turkey on my cigarettes/alcohol/weed on Day 1 but a few days beforehand. Actually 20 something days with weed.
3. My living conditions/fasting area has been much better than previously.
4. Mentally I just really "wanted" it this time and was ready/prepared.
5. Been drinking only to thirst aka when my mouth is dry and drinking in sips.

Sadly, though I feel the need to end the fast soon. My original goal was 5-7 days, but my body is telling me to go on longer. I can feel my body saying don't end it. Plus you all are so inspiring! However, with the things I need to take care of aka JOB/moving/lease is ending/finding a new place, I don't feel comfortable fasting through that.

Not sure when I will actually end it, but I know I will more than likely NOT fast to completion. I would like to go longer than 7 days though. Maybe reach double digits/10 days? I've been reading a lot about fasting to completion and its benefits and also about ending a fast before completion and its "not goodness". Which is pretty much why I am so concerned with ending prematurely.

One thing I definitely plan on doing this time that I didn't really make too big of an effort on before is to practice the vegan diet. Not just through the re-feeing process but also afterwards and on till hopefully I reach a time when I can fast again. I definitely will not drink alcohol or smoke anything. I have had no cravings for any since the fast and even if I do after the end of the fast I feel that I am mentally stronger from this fast to curb any cravings. Plus I QUIT THAT CRAP! I'm thinking the vegan diet will help too. I think I might be misusing the word vegan. Anyways whatever you guys are talking about.... pretty much just have to click on Chiron's posts an look up the recipes. Thats the eating I'm talking about :)

So thats it.. I will let yall know when I do actually end this fast. Like I said this has been what I feel the most beneficial of my fasts to date. I am probably one of the more toxic individuals to post here if not the most toxic LOL. Not proud of it just sayin' so I know my fasting will continue someday after this one ends. Hopefully with even better results. Thanks to all of yall for your support an well wishes. I plan on posting till through the end and the re-feeing process, but just wanted to get this off my chest. Thats that. Happy fasting!
