That makes sense, Adieu. But, I will say, for whatever it may be worth, I have been on a no-sugar diet for years. Something additionally good happened to me when I began taking this - noticed after about 3-4 weeks. But, like I said before, I also stopped eating cashews and started magnesium malate at around the same time, so I am not 100% sure it was the inulin. I will say it did not make anything worse for me. But, OTOH, I am far from on a no-carb diet, I eat plenty of carbs, just low glycemic ones except for some tortilla chips and natural potato chips on occasion.
