I weigh 128 lbs and am 5'8". I am aware of goitrogens and I avoid the foods commonly associated with goitrogens. I now avoid fluoride wherever I can.
I haven't had my blood Sugar checked lately. I've continued doing the 50 mg Iodine supplementation with companion supplements. It seems that now whenever I take coconut oil, my body warms up and my blood pressure drops to around 110/70, but the effects only last an hour or two and then my BP raises to 130/80 - 135/85. Last night I slept a lot better than I've been sleeping and I didn't have as much heart throbbing as I've experienced before. Hopefully this is the sign of a good trend. I'm going to continue the Iodine supplementation at 50 mg and hopefully getting back to a normal sleep schedule will help my adrenals recover. I'll give it a week before I modify my regimen if things don't improve.
