Re: Warm hands, feet - it's not so simple he he :)

Mariusz, seems like what I'm doing is on the right track. Listening to my body, I'm feeling better today than yesterday. As I told uchihaMadara, I will continue with 50 mg Lugol's plus mag/selen/vitC supplements and see if I improve. Right now, the most important thing to me is sleep, not temperature, and yesterday I slept pretty well, I woke up around three times but was able to fall back asleep again and I had decent energy waking up today.

If I can get back to a good sleep level, and my temperature is not improving, I will add the B vitamins. I'll also up the dosages of magnesium. I also take baths with epsom salt, which help me a lot.

Yes, coconut oil somehow makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, and it gives me awesome blood pressure. But I really feel that the Iodine is detoxing something because when I tried it back in January, is when I got high blood pressure, and I stopped the Iodine and it never recovered until I did a fast. And after the fast I loaded my body with fiber and my BP dropped to around 128/78. That's why I want to continue the iodine.

Besides, I read about people who have used Lugol's and it cured their insomnia. If they had insomnia before Lugol's, well we know that insomnia is NOT good for the adrenals. That's why I'll stick with the regimen.

Thanks for your advice, Mariusz!
