I have had some improvements since the Mirena was (surgically) removed 6 months ago, but as soon as I start ovulating I get a slew of problems. Yesterday I felt almost normal, exept I can't shake the constant tiredness. Today I feel cotton headed, my back hurts worse, my tailbone hurts--well, shoot, I ache everywhere. . .I swear even my hair, skin, and eyes look different. And what was different from yesterday? I started ovualting. But the symptoms don't last 3 days, they last 10-14 days. What's going on?
Also, my new ob/gyn said it takes some women 18 MONTHS to get back to normal cycles after depo provera. Same hormone, right?
