I have nephrocalcinosis and my back hurts alot. My kidney function is good. The calcium is buit up in my medularry pyramids...not positive if it is medularry sponge kidney yet.. They say we can be born with that. ALl sorts of things cause nephrocalcinosis. I am so, happy to find someone going through what i am going through to talk too.
