Have your doctors ruled out shockwave therapy to break up stones? Also, see my others posts in response to other users about things you might try, although yours sounds like an extreme case. FYI, from experience, you'll grow increasingly tolerant to pain meds and they'll work less effectively in time.
One therapy for chronic pain relief that I find always helpful (better than morphine for me now) is a device called bio-medici (visit http://www.biotransmed.net).
There are several "settings" you can try. I've tried multiple devices simultaneously, but I'm not sure if they interfere with each other. Each device has a range of about 8 inches, in case you want to try several around the body. They are based on the principle of magnetic field therapy, explained on the site.
Be sure to look into shockwave therapy. It could be your best bet.
