We live our lives in vacumn space,
Spastic jerks in cosmic grace,
Fighting laws we struggle to invent,
Shun the forces of crucial intent,
Our doomsday dreaming will swallow us whole,
Fragmented knowledge, a dangerous tool,
Learn to leave well enough alone,
Or drown we will, ignorance the stone.

See the future, accumulated problems,
Expedient decay, empires toppling,
Building towers of Babylon,
Stealing words from ancient songs,
Thrusting forward, grimacing power,
Pursuing the eleventh hour,
Pride will come before a fall,
Life the climber, fate the wall.
