Re: More Vitamin D Studies of Interest.

I don't expect to convince you. my posts are not directed at you, but rather, the people looking for their health reading these posts. To anyone taking vitamin D, in any form including D3, and expecting it to help with chronic health issues, do yourself a huge favor and get tested first by someone for the levels of both 25D and 1,25-D. If 25D tests low and 1,25-D tests high. you have a serious issue. Better yet, have someone test the condition of your VDR's. If blocked, partially or entirely, do not take vitamin d in any form, you are effectively turning off your body's immune system. If real blood tests are not an option (and who really trusts the labs anyway to get this right), kinesiology can be used, as can biofeedback with a qxcio/scio machine. just make sure the right questions are asked. don't leave this to dogma, either from the alternative crowd or the mainstream crowd. take the responsibility and figure this out yourself. get the testing, then you will know. certainly don't trust a non-profit org whose real agenda and backers you will never know.
