Re: To Mooney
I am so sorry Mooney that you're still suffering with the endo- as you may recall I too have that. I'm MUCH better these days though. Treating my candida and autointoxification have helped tremendously! I had a good surgeon do my third lap surgery about 5 years ago, which helped control my bleeding-- i bled every day of every month before that!!! Then as I learned more about candida and began working on it, I improved more. It still flares a bit ( especially on my ovaries ), but when it does, i find that upping my liver support pretty much nips it in the bud. I really like Livatone Plus- I take another one on and off, but I like that one the best. I rememeber you telling me you didn't have access to a good surgeon. I no longer have health insurance myself ( hubby lost his job a few years ago when our economy went south )so I understand. I don't rely on doctors for anything anymore though- thank God! They are pretty useless unless you need some surgery. They are all just pill pushers.
I understand about the raw foods. A lot of people advise against raw for people with impaired digestion. That's why I have never tried to go all raw. I do eat a lot of salads, but I do see some of it undigested in my stools :-(. The person below mentioned digestive enzymes, and those would normallty be good I think. But my leaky gut is SEVERE and those burn me alive when I try to take them!! Do they do that to you as well? As a matter of fact, I find it almost impossible to take any supplements. Within a short while I can feel my small intestine burning like it's been doused with gasoline!! I've been jucing veggies lately ( no fruit except green apples ) and trying to avoid most supplements. I seem to do ok with the L-glutamine, so I'm going to really try and take that one several times a day. I've heard from a lot of folks you say it really helped heal their gut. Are you taking that currently? If so, can you tell a difference at all?
