Re: cost effective antifungals?

Thanks for the replys guys. It's true not everything natural is good for you, but it's also true that so called scientific papers have agendas set up behind them by the pharma industries who are happy treating everyone's fungus problems.

I have suspected I had an iron deficiency for some time now...and also magnesium as for 10+ yrs I have been experiencing muscle twitching (sometimes mild, sometimes VERY annoying and repeated...I also see a floater in my left eye which looks like candida or aspergillus so it's possible that it has infected my brain and this is a neurodegeneration symptom). I have tried supplementing with iron/magnesium and it seems to make me feel better (and twitch less) but within a couple months of stopping it gets depleted again. I have mpb which I think is due to iron deficiency (one summer after doing a parasite cleanse with blk walnut and eating an abundance of meat everyday my hair started growing in very thick...but I moved away and stopped eating meat so often and the thick hairs fell out and I haven't seen them since) but I really can't say for sure.

I have been fighting fungus for years and I have been trying to get to the source of the problem but the information available is lacking to me or I can't sort through all the garbage on the net to get to it.

Also with the cilantro/chlorella why would it not work for mercury? When I was a kid I had 4+ fillings which have all been replaced years ago but I definitely think I have SOME mercury in me...my gf also has a full mouth of silver fillings so I've been reluctant to get her to try the cilantro as I've heard it can be bad if you haven't gotten that cleaned up but honestly I can't see how it would make any difference since it is the vapor which is created slowly over time which is absorbed...not some system where by pulling out mercury you shift it so that more vaporizes (unless i missed something)...

I am pretty sure the cilantro is working for me tho. I have been getting aches through all my joints which remind me exactly of how I feel when starting a Water Fast but less intense and there are breaks between the aching.

I'll check into the irish moss this weekend and see what I can come up with. I feel as tho I am deficient in almost everything even tho fresh vegggies make up a large portion of my diet.

What might be some other root causes of candida?

Ideally I want to be able to cleanse my body so that I can still enjoy all life has to offer without worrying about every little thing I eat or drink. Again thanks for the replys.
