Minerals, enzymes, juice & more juice = no headache.
Bundles - honey - what can we do to get you to be drinking more juice during the day? If you're headachey - you need more minerals, vitamins & enzymes. Herbal teas, juice - anything that has minerals in it. Let's say, for instance, that your body needs extra B vitamin and magnesium to get that residual zoloft and halides (bromide, fluoride) outta your body and that's been contributing to the issues that brought you to want to do this this week.
Nutritional yeast, green powder, juice, juice, juice. All whole foods in liquid form & that green powder and yeast will save your butt. I bet you cashola that if you add in some extra nutritional yeast to your green powder (you are drinking superfood or some amazing greens powder, yes??) your headaches will lower. Gotsta, gotsta get that power in your body!

oz. of healthful fluid for every lb. of body weight. More juice, more water, sing it with me now....
It might help if you think of the night before as 'packing your lunch'. Get one of those padded cutie coolers and put your juice and herbal teas (are you guys doing teas or not? I didn't check) in your little carrier. It's what ya gotta do in order to ensure you get enough 'chi' the next day and so - ya just do it. But - take it from me, put a bit of bubble wrap in between those jars and a bit on the bottom. I was so sad when my 2 ball jars clinked together too hard and one broke. It was potassium broth and it was gonna be so good! Sigh...anyhow - that'll make you excited about your 'lunch packing'. Get one of those liquid chalk markers from the craft store (love them, they save my BUTT with
juicing and teas) and write on the top of them what they are. Heck - go crazy and draw yourself little hearts or some such on 'em too! :)
