gonna be doing my Coffee-Enema and castor oil pack tonight and gonna get up in the morning and drink my mini-flush and then do another Coffee-Enema ..so my aim is 2 times a day for the CE's and castor oil pack nightly .I got me 5 lbs of SA wilsons coffee so I am well prepared for that ....haha

my body feels so stiff and resistent right now too..
every time I sit down for a few minutes then get back up I can barely move from stiffness and soreness !UGH! this is so not good at all..I really need for this to help me out and I know you do too..

we can do it Bundles !
