Thanks Anne. Don't know what's up with the heart/light-headedness thing. Sure as heck wish I did. Same issue I wrote about here (in case you've forgotten): http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1575715 ... I'm still strying to get to the bottom of it. I'm sure, though, it's not a detox reaction (at least not to the juice fast, b/c it was happening even in Dec.)  I'm hoping it's just panic attacks -- not great, but sure better than heart issues! Blood tests have ruled out blood sugar & thyroid issues. (Uny had already guessed correctly on these!) Also, Uny thinks it might be sort of a rebound effect from getting off all the caffeine I used to drink... ALSO I've taken Zoloft for 15 yrs. Which isn't helping a dadgum thing.

Okay i gotta get off the computer. Dogs need to be peed & pooped.
