You guys can SO DO THIS. You can do this for 2 weeks. You can do this for 3 weeks. Trust me - you can. :)

It's amazing and you will feel DRASTICALLY lighter within 2 days, I promise. I also promise that after the first 2 days, you'll not really want to eat. The idea might be nice - but your body doesn't REALLY want to eat. Stick to it - it is COMPLETELY CORRECT that if you're hungry - drink more juice. You will hate this process if you fall short of your juice quotient and aren't giving your body the fuel you need to run. Please note - your body needs many payments to it's mineral bank account daily in order to pay your bills. Your bills include: the energy and coordination to answer the phone, brushing your teeth, drive a car, tie your shoes, etc. Thinking, critically, requires EVEN MORE minerals. Where am I going with this? You're giving your body a great deal of bio-available minerals. Your body won't be submitting near as many invoices to your bank daily in order to be able to brush your teeth. You'll feel better because the mineral deposits to your bank account are way bigger than they've ever been. HOWEVER...once not eating that extra time, whereby your mineral accountant is going over the day's books and realizes your body has some extra cash and extra time not being ***spent*** breaking down and appropriating energy for food - that smartie accountant is going to sound the horn to your body to pay off a few debts that have been accumulating MAD FINANCE FEES. Including - killing bugs, flushing plaque, sending more blood to your heart, cleaning your blood, etc. All of these functions require minerals.

DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT give your body less daily mineral/cash deposits and expect it to pay both fees. That daily body fee and the 'clean up old business' fee are 2 categories. Both of which are kept current and in the green so long as you deposit enough minerals to cover the whole day's books. Don't screw yourself. K? :)

I'm so thrilled for all of you! It's nice to have the company. I just finished my 2nd round of the IP and over the next few days, I'll work on my words about how that went. It's an interesting twist of events for me (lol) to be in my 'days between' for IP#3 and while I'm painting and eating - ya'll are the ones fasting! Awesome! lolol

My sincerest understandings:

GARLIC: saves my butt everyday when I juice. It's got so many detox supportive actions (look up sulphur and allantoin benefits for your body) that eating garlic while on a fast is truly a cornerstone of the wheel.

DETOX REACTIONS: anytime you feel like you're starting to suffer - you're forgetting your tools in your toolbox. IE: Monty mentioning garlic above. Garlic can produce that feeling from killing candida, other critters, etc and that means you gotta put minerals and help into that bank account in order not to let that bill you owe go into the red. Don't let yourself suffer - ever. Go make more juice (more minerals, more enzymes, more alkalizing help), put on a castor oil pack to aid in elimination function, liver energy, etc, do a coffee enema to help clear the cue, yes - take some absorbing help, whether it be clay water, charcoal or IF2. Mop up those chemicals!!! If you're feeling poopy while drinking that many minerals and killing stuff - you need to get out your toolbox. Also - think about sitting right down, wherever you are and tapping. 'Even though I feel poorly after I eat garlic, I know it's because it's helping my body find balance and I deeply love and accept myself.' That'd help a lot. A shot of apple cider vinegar would too. In fact - I'd do ALL of it. :)

RE: OIL PULLING
Some folks have noticed their teeth get a slight greenish tint to them when pulling with olive oil. The standards are sesame, sunflower or coconut. Remember, sesame and coconut are anti-parasitic so that's a good thing. I'll bet if I looked up sunflower it'd have just as beneficial properties (I like oil ;). Anyhow, I'd try one of those oils. Oil pulling with an oil with anti-parasitic properties will certainly help in gum issues, cavities, etc. My allergies have been GREATLY HELPED by going back to oil pulling. I put a few drops of Uny's 'Tooth Oil' in mine. A few (JUST A FEW) drops of oregano oil is nice, too (kills lots of bugs). And there is NO reason you can't pull many times a day, especially while juice fasting. It's suggested that you pull on an empty stomach as it can upset your tummy on a full one. I've proved that to myself. If you're feeling brain fog - oil pull. I have given myself a bit too much energy before bed, though, pulling late at night.
