Re: help/advice someone

ok I tried to do another Coffee-Enema and I say try but I was unable to retain it this time ..ugh! now I am making more so I can do another one and that will give me extra for tonight too..


so ok here it goes be back in a few minutes to report how this one goes...

ok I am back

well that one was successful but produced nothing really other than some(small amount) green looking thin small skins or something like that ..maybe it was the apple and spinach I had earlier not sure but liver has quietened down now at least ..not that it was bothering me it was just being loud for a while..haha.

but I do feel quite weak now so I am sippin on some juice to replenish whatever it is that I need to get going again..I am not nauseous now just weak/tired again ..gonna keep upping the juice as much as I can tolerate and see what happens
