well I did eat a small bowl of spinach salad with an apple and boy did it get my liver rumbling? I could here it sitting still..

so I went and grabbed the stethescope and took me a listen..
I actually heard the creaky door sound!! lol
then I also heard a tapping like sound like something is knocking and wanting out..hahahah and the bubbling brook sound too !

anyways I do feel better now that I ate me just a little..maybe I am not drinking enough is what I was thinking to so I made me a glass of yerba mate cause I so need the energy right now to get things done round here and sweetened it with a little maple syrup and its yummy ..

I know my liver is full off crud I really do
with my Coffee-Enema this morning I did use the colander but I had nothing but charcoal in my system so that didnt do me any good lol.. or at least at the moment ..so you think I need to do another one huh? well I might just do that ..I wish I could just go ahead and do the big liver flush

last night I started feeling prickly feeling in my hands and arms and that was totally way too weird for me ..my skin was kinda dry so I put some coconut oil on em and went on to sleep ..I still wonder what that was too ..

my liver is still making noises..LOL.. man that sounds loud! lol..and I aint even using a stethescope!I think that I will go back and do another Coffee-Enema with the colander just to see what happens ..

hope I havent blown this by eating a little
