Feel free to PM Cisco. I wonder how it is possible to deal with this sort of corruption? Exposing it is always good, but what do you do once it is exposed? Scrap the whole system and start again.
I was studying the American style of government, and I wondered if the population is so large now that the system of voting is no longer working, the way it should. There is sooooo much money involved, that there is a great incentive for corruption. Perhaps too much power concerntrated at the top?
In Aus we have been having the argument over the previous government wanting to centralise the power of the individual state governments, and transfer it to the federal governments. This will become an important issue in our next elections.
I know your system is different from ours, but do you have similar issues with the centralisation of government?
