Nice try at a bit of christian propaganda, but you have yet to prove that the bible is the 'truth', so although a pretty piece of writing, the words are meaningless, unless one believes that this piece of fiction, the bible, is in any way the'truth'.

There are many reasons why language evolves, new knowledge requires new description, such as ipod, laptop computer, etc. New ideas create new words, or change the meanings of old words, take the words gay, cool, doh, meh etc.

I personally think that the bible is not very credible as a book of moral guidelines, as can be seen by all the inconsistancies and incongruities it contains.

Finally, all christians I know, believe that they are morally superior to those that don't believe in their bible, or their god, it seems to go with the territory. This sense of superiority seems to lead to actions that are completely immoral, such as murder, oppression and abuse and intolerance.
