Re: How To Use The Eyebright Eyewash
There's a possibility it might be somewhat beneficial, but someone once asked Dr. Christopher that question (could they mix it with water and put drops in their eyes), and he said, "NO." ...and explained how it has to get behind the eye, and a few drops in the eye will not get behind the eye like they will in an eyewash.
Yes, you can buy distilled or RO water...and that's what you need (anything that's not distilled or RO still has fluoride).
Anybody can do they eyewash 5-6 times daily, even if they work full time...once before work, twice after work, and twice at work. Just put a small jar of distilled/ro water, the tinture and an eyecup in your purse (or a small bag, if you're a guy), and you can easily do it in the bathroom or at your desk. It only takes a couple of minutes... and if you're using the Dr. Christopher version, it doesn't sting much at all.
Heal ON!
