Hi

I don't know. I can't relate SD with any other psychological or psychosomatic stuff

What I do know is that It was at 27 years (now I'm 47) and I was in a beach for a week, got burned around nose by the Sunburn very heavily and since then i acquired the SD

So in my case Sunburn in the nose is the culprit of my SD, it started like this and the spread all over front of my chest.

What I really believe is that Sodium bicarbonate combined with coconut oil is the only remedy for SD and it's sad that people comes here, find out, the cure, or relief, uses it, but not comment the results for the help of others.
