I had itch, redness in the chest, around penis area and testicles, on scalp with dandruff regularly but worst, much worst when stressed... And sometimes the SD came without apparent reason...

But I was constantly attacked by the peeling of my skin with oil pieces of skin mainly in chest areas.

Not necessarily shampooing frequently but let's say every 3 days I do it

My routine was every single night apply pure Bicarbonate powder in my chest and after 30 days SD disappeared. Attention that some powder are not really powder but big crystals don't use this tick one use the very small grain one

In my face I applied every 3 days something like a coffee spoon (COFFEE SPOON) of Sodium Bicarbonate diluted in around 50ml of drink water

In my scalp I applied something like same coffee spoon, but with 50ml of drinking water every 3 days.

Don't wash the Sodium bicarbonate, let it stay there during all the day.

If you reach the conclusion that after your skin dries the Sodium powder is visible you simply dilute it a bit more with pure water.

The Bicarbonate powder helps stops reinfection because fungus and Malassesia Fulfur yeast stays on your bed causing problems and I believe that MITES hates Sodium bicarbonate and stops eating your dying skin also stops multiplying in your bed and pillow making things change for better
