Hi meg, I am new to natural cortisol...that is waht I just started taking yesterday.....I also take 50mgs of natural progesterone at night and half a mL. of testosterone cream...my saliva cortisol results show low am, low, 12noon, high 4pm and low 8pm....so i am pretty burned out....how long did it take for you to start feeling better from the cortisol?
