Yes, I think it no longer contains it. Just to make sure I did the following in google:

site:www.cancertutor.com Oxypowder

It returns no results. I tried with other variants of Oxypowder spelling and all return no results. I guess hence it is no longer there. And I wonder if there is a reason behind it :)
