Hi, thanks for another good idea. I actually put the Epsom Salts in apple juice, but it as still so bitter, it instantly gave me a headache (all in my head probably!)

I think the gelcaps just let you get the ES down without having to taste it. I believe the gelcap itself melts pretty quickly once its in contact with liquid, so if you drink he proper amount of water with the gelcaps, everything ends up together anyway once its in your stomach. I'm going to get the gelcaps, put one in water and see how quickly it melts.. I'll repost and let everyone know if it looks good.
