Yes indeed, you can put the Epsom Salts in gelcaps. That's the only way I have ever taken ES.

You can probably get gelcaps at a health food store. Just make sure that when you swallow the Epsom Salt gelcaps that you use warm water to dissolve them.

Another trick I have is to use one of those battery operated frothers to mix the OO (Olive-Oil) and Grapefruit juice. Doesn't taste bad at all.
