Re: first time flusher - lots of questions

Hi Elisabeth, thanks for responding.
too late for examining, I flushed everything.

I was a little skeptical before doing this and am now a believer, I feel great today.
I'm going to start doing these every 2 weeks for a while and see what happens.
I didn't do anything to prepare for this one, so next time I'll be a little more diligent and hopefully will get more stones out.
