Strangely, I didn't mind the olive oil grapefruit juice mixture at all. In fact I thought that would be the hard part, and I completely underestimated the Epsom Salt drink.

I was all ready to go out and buy a jumbo bottle of anythiing cheap in a gelcap and empty them out! I'll try your suggestion about the health food store.
